   A super duplex stainless steel (UNS S32750 / EN 1.4410) with approximately 25% chromium, 7% nickel, 4% molybdenum, and 0.3% nitrogen, providing PREN > 40 and yield strength >= 550 MPa.

3. Why choose 2507 for CNC machined parts?
   PREN > 40 provides excellent chloride pitting and crevice corrosion resistance, high resistance to chloride SCC, yield strength about twice that of 316L, and NACE MR0175 compliance for sour service.

4. What is the PREN of 2507?
   Greater than 40.

5. What is the yield strength of 2507?
   At least 550 MPa, approximately twice that of 316L.

6. Is 2507 NACE MR0175 compliant?
   Yes - Super Duplex 2507 is NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 compliant for sour service, with hardness at or below 32 HRC.
